How can I check on my orders? Can I track the package?

Is it safe to use my credit card?
The possibility of your credit card being misused is very unlikely. As with most e-commerce sites, the RSNA Link e-commerce server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which establishes a secure connection with Web browsers that support SSL. (Most current browsers support SSL. If you see a lock icon Padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser when you view your shopping cart, your browser is in secure mode.) Any information submitted or received during the connection is encrypted (scrambled) so it cannot be read as it travels across the Web.

For general information about consumer-protection issues, see the Federal Trade Commission site "E-Commerce & the Internet."

PAYMENT

What are my payment options?
All online orders require a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club). (Credit cards are verified automatically in real time.) To pay by another method, please call the RSNA Education Center at 630-368-3753. Please do not send credit-card information by e-mail. E-mail is not secure.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
No. Although the RSNA pays sales taxes, it does not collect sales tax.

What does RSNA do with money collected through sales of its products?

OTHER

What is the Education Center?
The RSNA Education Center was established to provide electronic educational resources to help radiologists and allied health professionals build upon their radiologic skills and knowledge. Under the guidance of the Education Center Editor, William W. Olmsted, MD, and the Editorial Board, the Education Center functions as a centralized clearing house for the RSNA's educational materials. The Education Center provides education resources by capturing, in electronic format, a variety of educational courses and presentations each year at RSNA's Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting, so that members of the radiologic community can study them in their homes and practice settings.
