Responsible for (a) monitoring the society's financial condition and evaluating the allocation of resources among the society's goals and objectives; (b) monitoring performance of the society's investment portfolio; (c) monitoring the employee pension plan; (d) reviewing all other employee benefits; and (e) reviewing contributions to other organizations on an annual basis.
